1/ Characteristics of the finished product Dr.Muoi mouthwash
About the formula of Dr.Salt mouthwash: the main ingredients include: Sodium Chloride 0.9%, Sodium Benzoate. Natural mineral salts in sea salt such as MgCl, CaCl, KCL, .. and a sufficient amount of purified water. The product does not contain alcohol so it is extremely safe for everyone.
Dr.Muoi Salt Mouthwash
Properties: transparent solution, no foreign objects.
Volume: 100ml, 500ml, 1000ml according to standard.
Uses of mouthwash: prevent bacterial infections that cause sore throat, clean teeth, freshen breath. Prevent and relieve diseases such as mouth sores, bleeding gums, gingivitis, sore throat or itchy throat.
How to use: take an appropriate amount and rinse your mouth twice in the morning and evening, after eating or after brushing your teeth. Rinse each time for 30-60 seconds and do not need to rinse your mouth with water afterwards.

2/ Dr.Muoi mouthwash production process
Process well water into pure water:·
- Well water is pumped through the coarse filter column into the storage tank with a flow of 12m3/h, a standard chlorine solution of 50000ppm is sprayed simultaneously into the storage tank with a maximum flow of 2.4 liters/h so that the residual chlorine concentration in the tank is Do not exceed 10ppm to kill bacteria and remove metals in water.·
- After the well water is preliminarily treated at the tank, it will be pumped through the filter columns in the following order: multi-purpose deep filter column, activated carbon filter column, softening column to remove sediment, algae suspended in water, and dewatering. odor, remove residual chlorine, pollutants and soften water.·
- The water after treatment with the filter columns continues to be pumped through the 0.001Micron RO membrane to remove dissolved solids and bacteria larger than the membrane size.·
- After going through the RO membrane, you will get pure water that can be used for drinking – Check the quality of the water.
Mixing into 0.9% brine solution: Pure water is pushed on the pipeline with a flow rate of 3m3/h. Simultaneously, 30% saline solution is pumped to the pipeline with a flow rate of 93 liters/h to mix 30% salt solution and pure water into 0.9% saline solution and stored in semi-finished tanks-Check salinity.
Filling-packing-storage: The 0.9% brine solution in the tank is pumped through a 1micron sediment filter into an automatic bottle-washing-filling-capping system with a maximum capacity of 8000 bottles/h. After being filled and closed, PET bottles will be closed – labeled and printed with an automatic expiry date. Products will be packed and stored by workers. Finished product inspection.
